About Smarti
|
|
- Situated in the heart of Korangi industrial area, Karachi
- Was established in 1996 and started functioning in 1998.
- Was established by Towel Manufacturer’s Association (TMA) in collaboration with Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) now Trade Development authority of Pakistan (TDAP), Government of Pakistan.
- Started 2-years Specialized Diploma course in Textile Weaving and Wet-Processing Technologies affiliated with SBTE (Sindh Board of Technical Education) in 1998.
- Started 3-year DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineer’s) course in Textile Weaving and Dyeing & Printing Technologies affiliated with SBTE in 2004.
- Recently started 4-year Degree courses in Weaving and Wet-Processing Technologies affiliated with University of Karachi (2007).
